Clear terms for Deltracia's introductory research-intelligence pilot.
Last updated October 28, 2026 · Deltracia is operated by Resilience Farm LLC (Minnesota).
1. Service and eligibility
Deltracia provides business-development research intelligence, including curated, source-linked summaries of publicly reported facility permitting, regulatory, and operational changes. The introductory service is intended for organizational and professional customers. It is not an environmental consulting, legal, engineering, regulatory compliance, or procurement service.
2. Four-week introductory pilot
The introductory pilot costs $79 USD per company, paid as a one-time charge before the first full pilot issue. It covers four weekly email digests during an agreed four-week service period for up to three designated recipients. Initial geographic coverage is Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa, with reasonable service-line and industry relevance filters. Enrollment is confirmed by email with the applicable start date and scope.
Included: monitoring of supported authoritative sources, curated summaries, source links, relevance context, and suggested business-development investigation. Excluded: custom consulting, separate research assignments, prospect-contact enrichment, direct facility outreach, legal or technical advice, comprehensive coverage guarantees, and guaranteed leads. A week with few meaningful events may contain fewer items than other weeks.
3. No automatic renewal; cancellation
The four-week pilot does not automatically renew. There is no recurring charge or cancellation procedure needed at the end of the pilot. Any subsequent monthly or quarterly subscription requires a separate affirmative purchase or written agreement, with its terms presented before payment. You may ask us to stop further delivery at any time by emailing info@deltracia.com.
4. Refund policy
If the first full pilot issue is materially outside the agreed geography or service-line scope, you may request a full refund before the second pilot issue is delivered. Contact info@deltracia.com describing the discrepancy. We will review the request and respond. Otherwise, the pilot is nonrefundable after delivery begins, except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing. No prorated refund is promised for voluntary early cancellation.
5. Source accuracy and limitations
Public agency notices and datasets can be revised, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Draft, proposed, alleged, and final actions will be distinguished where known. A reported change does not show that a facility seeks consulting services, lacks existing advisers, or has violated any law beyond the agency's actual findings or allegations. Subscribers must independently assess the underlying record before making business or compliance decisions.
6. Distribution and intellectual property
The materials provided under the pilot are for internal business evaluation by the subscribing company and its authorized recipients. They may not be republished or resold as a Deltracia product without prior permission. Underlying public records remain subject to applicable source rights and are not owned or made exclusive by Deltracia. The pilot provides no territory or lead exclusivity.
7. Questions or disputes
Please contact info@deltracia.com for delivery issues, billing questions, cancellation requests, or disputes. Any payment dispute will be reviewed against the written scope, payment confirmation, and service delivery history. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Changes
Material changes to purchased pilot terms will not apply retroactively without the customer's agreement. Future offerings may be governed by different written terms provided before purchase.
These operational terms are intended to describe the pilot transparently and should receive professional legal review before broader sales or premium exclusivity agreements.
