Information we receive

When you email Deltracia or inquire about a pilot, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, business email, company, job role, service specialties, territory preferences, questions, and messages. If you purchase a service, we also receive order, billing, and payment-status details from our payment provider.

How we use information

We use business contact and subscription information to respond to inquiries, qualify service fit, deliver requested digests, administer payments, handle support or disputes, maintain accurate records, and comply with legal obligations. We may communicate with business prospects about relevant offerings, subject to applicable marketing laws and opt-out requests.

Payments

When online checkout is available, payments are handled by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout or invoices. We do not request payment-card details by email or store complete card numbers on this website. Stripe's own privacy practices govern payment information it processes.

Website and hosting

The website is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider and may involve routine server logs, network security records, and operational cookies needed for delivery and security. This static website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, profiling cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.

Sharing and retention

We share information only as needed with hosting, email, and payment providers; professional advisers where necessary; or authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer contact lists. We retain information as reasonably needed for service delivery, follow-up, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed where practicable.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or cessation of marketing communications by emailing info@deltracia.com. We honor applicable legal rights and retain records where required for business or legal purposes.
